Description

Oregon State University's College of Engineering is seeking a new Director of Student Success. The College is committed to building a community of faculty, students, and staff that is increasingly inclusive, collaborative, diverse, and centered on student success. As such, the director broadens our capacity to advance student success across individual identities and facilitate the continuous improvement of teaching and learning in the College.

The director will design and implement activities that improve the student experience, retention, and graduation rates.
