Company History
Incorporated as a city in 1958, Schertz has seen steady and smart growth over the years. Recently, the City’s population nearly doubled (18,700 to 36,000) from 2000 to 2016 and is expected to double again over the next 10 years.
Schertz is a well-planned community that creates convenient living conditions for all. The city offers a variety of recreational, leisure, and cultural opportunities and attracts people who are looking for more than just a place to live.
