Company History
Incorporated as a city in 1958, Schertz has seen steady and smart growth over the years. Recently, the City’s population nearly doubled (18,700 to 36,000) from 2000 to 2016 and is expected to double again over the next 10 years.
Schertz is a well-planned community that creates convenient living conditions for all. The city offers a variety of recreational, leisure, and cultural opportunities and attracts people who are looking for more than just a place to live. Known as a friendly city, it’s the safety and aesthetically appealing landscapes and facilities that creates a positive environment for businesses and families to strive in.

Magazine picked it as one of the fastest growing suburbs in the country.
