Crespo Consulting Services, Inc. (Crespo) is a Texas corporation located in Austin. Crespo has special expertise and experience with innovative solutions with respect to surface and groundwater quality, water availability analyses, and hydrologic and hydraulic modeling. The staff includes engineers, hydrologists, biologists, water resources planners, and geographic information system (GIS) specialists. All Crespo staff have experience with water resources and environmental projects in Texas and have knowledge of hydrologic, geologic, and environmental conditions and constraints in Austin and the surrounding areas. Crespo has performed engineering work for the City of Austin for all 29 years of its existence, including work for Watershed Protection, PARD, Austin Energy, Austin Resource Recovery, ABIA, and Austin Water.
Company History
The firm was formed in 1994 and Crespo’s president, Mr. L. Stephen Stecher, P.E., has performed and directed work on numerous civil and environmental engineering projects over the last twenty-nine years. Crespo is certified by the City of Austin as a Minority-Owned Business (MBE).
